Every person can and should be a leader, provided assistance and support are granted. V.Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made this statement, meeting the pupils from the village of Chervonoarmiiske of Zhytomyr region.
The pupils had a guided tour around The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the assistance of the Head of the Parliament. V.Lytvyn told the guests about The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, his recent visit to Serbia, and meetings with Serbian students.
V.Lytvyn regretted that the visit had been rather short due to the busyness of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. "I would like the children to believe in themselves and their chances to become leaders," he stated.
